  7. What is depth of field and what is the difference between shallow and good? Depth of field is the distance between the subject and background. Shallow depth of field is when the subject is in focus. A good depth of field shows the background.
  8. What are drive modes and metering modes? Drive modes are the modes your camera has. Metering modes is how your camera meters light.
